Courtney, where do I insert “a sentence in the body (My child is _____ and s/he is in your _____ class.) “. I was able to set my subject. Also, where did you put your signature and email.

Thanks. Still learning.

Courtney, you are a genius! I didn’t even think to use that feature. I am going to look into it and add it as a reader tip into the post. So smart! I bet all the soccer parents love the cute emails 🙂

Your ideas and the Youtuber that you recommended made it so simple for me to implement. Happy to say that my Mail Chimp emails are adorably cute! It was so easy to set up, and may be a little work on the front end next year, but I’m definitely using it!

One thing I thought was cool for secondary teachers who get butt loads of emails daily… I added my signature at the end and hyperlinked my email. Mail Chimp allows you the option to set a subject (E-Mail from Math Class Parent) and a sentence in the body (My child is _____ and s/he is in your _____ class.) when someone clicks the link to email you. This way I don’t have to guess. Parents are always leaving that information out!
